The terms and conditions published here at the time of booking apply unless I inform you otherwise and may be subject to revision.

1. Bookings are for two people. Your place on the course is confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments are taken via bank transfer.

2. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. You consent to Gentle Wonder Baby contacting you in relation to your booking and the course.

4. Refunds are available within 14 days of booking. After this time, all bookings are non-refundable. Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in advance.

5. If Gentle Wonder Baby needs to cancel a course, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer onto another course.

6. If Gentle Wonder Baby needs to postpone a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule in person. If this is not possible, you will receive a recording of the session along with the opportunity to join a live online session for any questions.

7. If you are unable to attend a session, you will receive relevant course materials or information on the content covered and we will arrange a catch-up call to answer any questions you have. Missed sessions are non-refundable.

8. Gentle Wonder Baby reserves the right to make changes to course dates, educators, times, and locations where necessary.

9. This course is designed to provide education and support only and should be considered alongside advice from your own healthcare professionals. It is not a substitute for individual medical advice from your midwife, doctor or other healthcare professional.

10. Antenatal teachers do not provide medical advice. You are responsible for your own health decisions and if you have any concerns about your pregnancy, your health or your baby’s health, please speak to your healthcare provider.

11. We may ask you to provide information about your pregnancy, health or circumstances so that we can provide information that is appropriate to you during the course.

12. We will handle your personal information confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

13. Please only provide information that is relevant to your participation in the course.

14. We aim to create a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for everyone. We ask you respect this environment and to treat each other, our facilitators and any guest professionals with kindness, consideration and respect.

15. We reserve the right to take appropriate action where behaviour is seriously disruptive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise prevents others from participating safely and comfortably.

16. Gentle Wonder Baby accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage incurred during or as a result of attending the course.

17. Follow-up contact on WhatsApp and/or email is offered at the discretion of Gentle Wonder Baby and is meant to be informal and reasonable. It is not a substitute for urgent or clinical care. Please respect boundaries and response times. This service may be withdrawn at any time.

 Photography & Video

From time to time, Gentle Wonder Baby may take photographs or short video clips during sessions for use on social media or for marketing purposes. We always aim to do this in a respectful and non-intrusive way. If you would prefer not to be included in any images or recordings, please let us know. Your wishes will always be respected.

Participants are asked not to record sessions without prior permission, to protect the privacy of everyone attending.
