As your Postnatal Doula

I'm here to provide gentle, practical, and emotional support to help you settle into life with your baby.

My role isn't to tell you how to parent or replace your healthcare team, but to walk alongside you, listen without judgement, offer reassurance, share evidence-based information when you need it, and help you build confidence as you find your own way.

Postnatal Doula in Bromley

The days and weeks after your baby arrives can be some of the most incredible, challenging and emotional times you'll ever experience. You are getting to know your baby, as well as getting to know yourself as a parent, all while trying to rest and recover and that can bring moments of joy, exhaustion, uncertainty and everything in between, sometimes all in the same day.

During this time, it's easy for all of the focus to be on your new baby, but you deserve care and support too.

This is where having a postnatal doula can make such a difference.

You might want someone to offer reassurance, help you understand your baby's cues, prepare a cup of tea while you have a shower, fold the washing, hold your baby while you rest, or simply sit and listen. Whatever you need on the day, my support is tailored to you.

if you do not have a large support network nearby….

Whether you're welcoming your first baby, growing your family, you don't have to do it alone. I create a calm, nurturing space where you feel heard, cared for, and supported, so you can focus on your recovery while bonding with your baby and finding a rhythm that feels right for your family.
