My antenatal classes are designed to help you prepare for birth, your newborn, and those early days of parenthood with knowledge, confidence, and a little more calm.

There is no one "right" way to give birth or become a parent. Every family, every baby, and every journey is different. My aim is to create a relaxed, supportive space where you can learn about your options, ask questions, and explore what feels right for you and your family.

My classes will help you

  • Feel more confident and prepared for birth and early parenthood

  • Understand your options and your rights, so you can make decisions that feel right for you

  • Know what to expect during labour, birth, and the early weeks with your baby

  • Build confidence in caring for your newborn and understanding their needs

  • Prepare for feeding, recovery, and looking after yourself after birth

  • Connect with other expectant parents and share the journey together (for group classes).

The Gentle Wonder Baby Antenatal Course in Bromley

**more information coming soon**

My group antenatal course offers continuity of care as I guide you through your pregnancy to parenthood with compassionate support, practical preparation and evidence-based education. I provide a safe space to build your knowledge, explore your options and ask questions so you feel informed, confident and ready for life with your baby.

Joining a group course means you will also meet other expectant parents in your area which can be so important for you in those early days, weeks and months. You can also contact me at any point through your pregnancy and after your baby is born, so support doesn’t have to end once the course is finished. ‍
